Wondaland is an online fashion retailer. Our current collection is fulfilled through a connected UK-based supply and fulfillment partner.

Where we deliver

Delivery is available only to destinations enabled for your order at checkout. Our current primary customer markets are the United Kingdom and the United States. If checkout does not offer shipping to your address, we cannot accept the order for that destination.

Shipping charges

Available shipping methods and the applicable shipping charge are shown at checkout before you complete payment. Charges can vary by destination, order contents, and the shipping option supported by the fulfillment partner.

Processing and dispatch

After payment is confirmed, your order is sent through our fulfillment system for processing and dispatch. Processing and carrier transit times vary by product and destination. Any delivery estimate displayed during checkout or supplied after purchase is an estimate and may be affected by carrier or customs delays.

Tracking

When tracking information is supplied by the fulfillment partner, it is synchronized to your order and made available to you.

Address changes

Please check your shipping address carefully before placing an order. Once an order has entered fulfillment, we may not be able to change the delivery address or shipping method.

International orders

For orders delivered outside the United Kingdom, customs procedures, local taxes, duties, or import charges may apply depending on the destination and how charges are collected at checkout. Any charges not collected by us at checkout are the customer's responsibility where permitted by law.
